KYB information is renewed periodically. Renewals show in the Partner Portal with the days left before they expire, so you can remind a merchant in time.
Two Ways to Onboard
Choose the approach that fits your workflow-or use both depending on the situation. Either way, the status is visible at every step, initiated, started, submitted, signed and completed, in the portal, through the status API and by webhook.
- → API-Driven: Prefill merchant data from your system and generate a unique onboarding link. The merchant completes only what's missing and signs electronically.
- → Portal-Based: Create onboarding sessions directly from the Partner Portal and send invitations to merchants. Track progress and manage approvals visually.
